Technical Analysis

Some traders will perform technical analysis by studying the market using currency charts, which is a good strategy that assumes past movements in the market will help to predict market activity in the future. Technical analysis is a very popular technique due to how effective it is.

Fundamental Analysis

One way to do this effectively would be to read specialized Forex news in order to keep up to date on how events have an effect on currency exchange rates.

Practice

As you become more familiar with the market, you will gain more practice and experience which in turn will make you a better trader.
